However, if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return and exchange.

Free Replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in defective or damaged condition or is different from the ordered item.

Return & Refund Terms and Conditions

• Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched and unstitched clothing, including Lehengas, Salwar Suits, Gown, Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for damaged products.

• For damaged products, you must provide an opening video of the product from the courier bag. You have to check the product against the video. Please don't open the courier bag without starting the video. If we find any type of change or tampering in the courier package, we will not accept the return.

• At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. We will issue a 70% refund of the damaged unstitched product price. The remaining 30% covers order processing, payment gateway and other recurring charges.

• We will not refund custom duties, shipping costs, taxes, if applicable. In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. librishethnics.com will not be responsible for returning the money paid by the customer for shipping the parcel back.

• The customer has to bear the shipping cost while returning unstitched or stitched products in any case. librishethnics.com will not bear any return shipping cost.

• Refunds would not be accepted for custom-made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.

• Any complaint regarding damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may ask for digital pictures of the same in order to review the issue.

• In case of a product return, we will issue the refund once we receive the product back at our office. The refund may take approximately 4 to 5 working days to reflect in the customer's account.

• We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

• While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of customized products.

• Return requests regarding stains, damage or manufacturing faults need to be filed within 24 to 48 hours of product delivery. In these cases, you will also need to send an image of the product and a digital copy of the invoice.

• We do not cancel placed orders after 2–3 hours. If you want to cancel the order after 2–3 hours, you will have to pay 20% bank payment processing charges from your total order amount.

• We do not provide cancellation once the order is in processing or the products have been shipped/received. We don't provide refunds for the same.

• Any eligible cancellation amount will be credited as Librishethnics Store Credit or Coupons.

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors, there still may be minor variations because of the lighting and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors.

Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence, the customer should keep in mind the possibility of slight variations when placing the order online.

librishethnics.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment Related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequins usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging, this cannot be completely avoided.

During physical transit, some of them may come loose. Hence, if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry, as it is a common issue with embellished garments.
